This template is added (substed) by en:Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard on the English Wikipedia for uploads uploaded with it. En:Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard is a questionnaire script on the English Wikipedia, which contains the option of forwarding an upload to the Commons upload form if the file is freely licensed. The user must manually confirm the upload on the Commons upload form.
Results in this non-visible template to be added to files: {{Uploaded with en.wp UW marker}} with date parameters filled in (see below).
