This work is almost proofread, but three pages have been incorrectly inserted (the text on Internet Archive seems to be a motley of pages from two different scans). Specifically djvu/419, djvu/449 and djvu/531, should be pages 391, 421 and 503 respectively, yet pages 393, 423 and 505 were incorrectly inserted.
