About this book

This book is on three-dimensional electron microscopy (sometime referred to as 3DEM) that includes both cryo-electron microscopy and cyro-electron tomography. The goal of this book is to take all of the material on 3DEM and put it into an organized form. This organized book can then in turn be used for training new scientists in the field, teaching a course on 3DEM, or just expanding ones knowledge on the field.
