The ice cube data structure

This book currently mentions

experiments with the special wikipedia:data structure "ice cube" for higher speed transfer of the data.
The ice cube is a compressed data cube, a set of vectors describing the compiler graphs efficiently.

Alas, one of those links is broken, leaving me wondering: Is *any* compressed block of data, in *any* kind of data structure and compressed using *any* data compression algorithm, a kind of "ice cube" (a generic term)? Or is there some specific data structure, a "data cube" (?) that is compressed in some specific way to create a "ice cube"? --DavidCary (discusscontribs) 20:15, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
