Making Representation Clauses more prominent

I still think Representation Clauses deserve a more prominent place. Currently they are hidden in keyword pages. My proposal:

• Add an entry Representation Clauses in the Ada Programming page anywhere in Language features, perhaps after Types, and link to this page here.
• Move the description to this page here, which currently redirects to Keywords/use.
• Redirect page Representation Clause, which currently also redirects to Keywords/use, to this page.
• Link in Keywords/use and Keywords/for to this page. What the text in these keyword pages should be, I have no idea.
