- 1 potato, diced
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 carrots, chopped

- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon powdered paprika
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 6–8 coriander seeds
- Oil
