This is a simple recipe for baked sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- 4 large "yam style" sweet potatoes, unpeeled
Procedure
- Scrub the sweet potatoes very well.
- Place into large glass baking dish. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Place into preheated 400°F (205°C) oven.
- Bake for 90 minutes or until very soft.
