The SoundManager2Button extension allows to embed a SoundManager2 MP3 play button to play a local MP3 file.

Note: "File:Fa_la_la.mp3" must exist locally.

Installation

• Download and move the extracted SoundManager2Button folder to your extensions/ directory.
  Developers and code contributors should install the extension from Git instead, using:cd extensions/
git clone https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/mediawiki/extensions/SoundManager2Button
• Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file:

  require_once "$IP/extensions/SoundManager2Button/SoundManager2Button.php";
