The Commentbox extension adds a comment box at the end of a wiki's pages, which can be used to more quickly add a new section to a page's talk page. The comment box can be limited by Manual:Namespace (by default it's only shown in the main namespace).

Installation

• Download and move the extracted Commentbox folder to your extensions/ directory.
  Developers and code contributors should install the extension from Git instead, using:cd extensions/
git clone https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/mediawiki/extensions/Commentbox
• Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file:

  wfLoadExtension( 'Commentbox' );
  

• Done – Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the extension is successfully installed.
