This extension defines a checkbox item.

Usage

As checklist item will be considered:

line that starts with [] (or [x] for checked items) and ends with a newline.

Therefore, the text of the checkbox item is everything after [] until the newline.

Installation

• Download and move the extracted Checklists folder to your extensions/ directory.
  Developers and code contributors should install the extension from Git instead, using:cd extensions/
git clone https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/mediawiki/extensions/Checklists
• Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file:

  wfLoadExtension( 'Checklists' );
  

• Done – Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the extension is successfully installed.
