Toolserver:Skin

In 2007 there was some discussion of using a standardize skin, but hadn't moved beyond that. Due to the path of least resistance when the new user wiki came up the admins presumably decided to standardize the skin to being used by Atlassian software (Jira, Fisheye, Confluence, Crucible) elsewhere on the site. Below is the color swatch used by skins.
