Toolserver has been replaced by Toolforge. As such, the instructions here may no longer work, but may still be of historical interest.

This is a list of ex-Toolserver hardware, which is no longer used, but may have some value for other uses.

    • Sun Fire V40z
    • 2x 2.2GHz single-core Opteron CPUs
    • 8GB RAM
    • 6 internal 146GB SCSI disks
    • Two SCSI cards, one Adaptec, one LSI (possibly broken)
  • ts-array2
    • Infortrend U12U-G4020
    • 12x 73GB SCSI disks.
    • SCSI host interface
    • Previously connected to zedler.
  • vandale
    • 2x 1.8GHz single-core Opteron
    • 8GB RAM
    • 6 internal 146GB SCSI disks
    • LSI MegaRAID card (not manageable from Solaris)
    • Owned by WMF, but given to us to use
