I'm trying to update the documentation at Help:Tabular Data by adding a link to a website that allows the conversion of CSV to JSON, since the currently listed site does not actually work for that purpose. However, I am getting the message: "It seems that you're trying to add an external link to a page. Please note that this site (MediaWiki.org) is not Wikipedia. [...] If you believe that you received this message in error or have a legitimate need for the link, please file a request here."
I'd like the ability to add the link, or if I can't, for someone else to. The link is "https://www.convertcsv.com/csv-to-json.htm", under the section "CSV". Elli (talk) 05:39, 9 March 2021 (UTC)

TemplateData global documentation

In Wikipedia Template:Short description, I have translated the TemplateData from English to Spanish (you can edit TemplateData and select "español" -this is, Spanish- to see the translation into Spanish).
The problem: I have to translate the template documentation (TemplateData of the template) in the English Wikipedia and copy and paste it into the documentation page o f the template in the Spanish Wikipedia.
This is not good. The best idea is that I could see the translation in the Spanish Wikipedia, without copy and paste, in a Wikidata manner (global documentation from TemplateData).
Also, this translation into Spanish could be seen in Wikibooks in Spanish, Wiktionary in Spanish and so on, without copy and paste the TemplateData from the English Wikipedia to Wikibooks in Spanish, Wiktionary in Spanish and so on. BoldLuis (talk) 22:33, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
