Who can overwrite?

All users can overwrite their own uploads.

If you want to overwrite files that were initially uploaded by other users, you need to request the autopatrol permission at Commons:Requests for rights. Those ineligible for autopatrol may request an exception for a specific file.

New version larger than 100 MB

If the new version you intend to upload is larger than 100 MB, please follow instructions on User talk:Rillke/bigChunkedUpload.js.
