About me
I've uploaded more than six thousand self-created images. Most were created digitally, but some are scans of my slide and negative archives dating back to the 1970s. Most of my work has been in architecture, particularly relating to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
I understand French fairly well (to fr-2 level), but I don't write French well, so I'm keeping the Babel to fr-1.
I mainly use a Canon R5 and a Canon R7. Lenses include RF 100-500, RF 200-800, RF 10-20, RF 14-35, EF 24-105, EF 100 macro and a TS-E 24mm II tilt-shift lens. When I have the time I scan my old slides and film with a Canon 7DII in a copy stand with the 100mm macro and an extension tube, with good results. I mostly use Photoshop CC for post-processing.
Now-retired cameras include a Canon 400D (which shot three of my featured pictures), a Canon 7D and a variety of compact cameras. I'm still holding on to my Canon 5Ds and Canon 6D for now.
