This file has been published by a public office of the Italian Government with no licence provided so it is considered Open data according to art. 52 par. 2 of the bill no. 82 issued on 7 March 2005. In particular, according to the Italian National Guidelines for the Valorization of the Public Sector Information (par. 8) «the failure to provide a licence implies that the data has been published under the terms established by the CC-BY license» and the 4.0 version is suggested. The only duty the uploader must comply with is to indicate clearly both the public office where the file comes from and its complete URL. |
