  •  Keep A standard form with standard birth info is not copyrightable, it must contain some element of original writing, not just facts.  Keep I am not an art historian, but I would guess these winodws are Gothic, so the artist has probably been dead for several hundred years. Some of them might have been renovated/replaced later (late 19th/early 20th century?), but as long we don't have any information about the artist (or whether these are original works or just replacements of earlier ones), there is no reason to delete anything. --Luftschiffhafen (talk) 20:53, 1 June 2025 (UTC)

A csak idézés kategóriája viszont nem fér bele a Cc-by-sa licencbe, hiszen az mindennemű felhasználásra lehetőséget ad az idézésen túl is, itt pedig Cc-by-sa licenc alatt van feltöltve. A pixelméret nem szempont, az 56 év meg azt igazolja, hogy nem szabad a kép, és amennyiben a szerző nem ismert, a megjelenés dátuma a mérvadó. Note that the one image deleted already was inappropriately speedily deleted. It was deleted as no license and tagged as no source while having both license and source (claim of own work). No, it's a genuine account. Look at the facts. All the images of deputies have EXIF data and have never been published before. This file also has EXIF data. What makes you think otherwise? Keep File:Doctor Strange Bus in front of Disney's All-Star Movie Resort.jpg, as the bus and the advertising wrap in question are arguably incidental/de minimis to the image; there's quite a bit that is "non advertising wrapped bus" in the image (the majority of the image, in fact). Delete the other five, as the copyrighted advertising images make up the vast/sole subjects of the photos and are thus copyvios (even though you'd think that (1) advertisers would appreciate their advertisement being spread as widely as possible and (2) the movies in question being advertised are long since out of theaters, but since when has common sense been a part of copyright law?). - The Bushranger (talk) 00:21, 31 May 2025 (UTC)

Ahem, you are not the painter. The question is not "did you take the photo" the question is "do you have permission from the painter of the art". You own the copyright on the PHOTO, NOT the painting. America doesn't have Freedom of panorama. Also, my few uploads are public domain works that are very old. Le me put this in simple policy terms: I can record a movie in a movie theater on my phone. I made that recording, but not the movie.
