- This is an image of event from 23.5.1919 in Istanbul. According to the description it was published in Turkish newspaper - Cumhuriyet so {{PD-Ottoman Empire}} template may be suitable her. But the date of publication still have to be clarified as the newspaper was founded on May 7, 1924, after the Ottoman Empire abolished. Geagea (talk) 04:07, 8 November 2012 (UTC)

Keep - Cumhuriyet was established in 1924. Cumhuriyet used this image recently and the uploader scanned it. This photograph was published at latest in 1920 by the newspaper Hakimiyet-i Milliye. I think {{PD-TR}} - 4 is valid. Personally I'm not prefer {{PD-Ottoman}}, which is ambiguous template. Takabeg (talk) 01:49, 15 November 2012 (UTC)
