English: Log-log plot of velocity (), Lorentz factor (), rapidity () and versus proper velocity () or , where is lightspeed, is mass, is momentum, and is kinetic energy. Note how tracks at low speeds, while does this at high speeds. If the elbowed curve () is plotted against parameters multiplied by a range of masses, one obtains a family of kinetic energy versus momentum dispersion curves that makes contact with much of modern and everyday physics.
