File:PEACE BRIDGE TBILISI.גשר השלום טביליסי.jpg
The bridge was completed in 2010 by Michele De Lucchi (1951–). There is no freedom of panorama in Georgia, permission from the architect is required A1Cafel (talk) 04:08, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
Keep per my comments at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Tbilisi. Bridge of Peace.jpg. IronGargoyle (talk) 07:28, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- The assumption of bridges were non-architectural works was wrong. --A1Cafel (talk) 09:04, 11 April 2025 (UTC)
- This bridge has elements that go beyond mere function. I'm inclined to see this bridge as an architectural work, but I'm open to a Georgian telling me if the law doesn't protect most bridges there. Abzeronow (talk) 03:51, 27 July 2025 (UTC)

Inconsistent PD rationale, missing dates of creation and first publication to clarify copyright status as per COM:Russia#Durations. Quick1984 (talk) 08:35, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
- According to a press release on the Dynamo Club website from 2017, this is a photo from 1924. The news website Lenta.ru just attributes the photo to the Dynamo Club. Nakonana (talk) 19:57, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
- Firstly, you allow yourself to change the file description (indicating the supposed date of creation and source), without saying a word about your actions here, and some user, looking at the file, may decide that my nomination is false. Please refrain from such actions in the future. Secondly, you have indicated 5 sources for the uploader, but I still don't see a single proof of the publication date more than 70 years ago, date of the photographer's death or any other evidence of PD. Quick1984 (talk) 04:32, 9 June 2025 (UTC)
- Re:First point. Sorry for that. I assumed that the closing admin would check the file history before closing or that my mentioning of those aspects here would make it clear that said info wasn't in the description when you nominated the file. I didn't intend and didn't realize that my edits to the file might make it look as if your DR was false. My apologies for that. Your DR was definitely valid and justified.
- Re:Second point. I added more source links (including archive links) because the one that was there was a dead link which had no archived version, so my actions were meant to address link rot. I also didn't find any indication of this photo having been published 70 years ago or who exactly the photographer is (otherwise I would have explicitly mentioned it in my comment), but I'm also not enough of a copyright expert to draw clear conclusions from my findings, that's why I just posted the facts that I've found as they are without making any suggestions as to whether the file should be kept or deleted based on those findings. What I'm saying is basically: here's information I could find and that wasn't there before, now do with this information whatever you want. If it helps to clarify the copyright status of the file — cool, if not — so be it. Nakonana (talk) 15:20, 9 June 2025 (UTC)

- The 2021 version of the emblem of Control Yuan and the seal of Legislative Yuan could be simple enough to be covered under {{PD-textlogo}}. Both of which don't have calligraphy included either. —— Eric Liu(Talk) 00:00, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
Deleted: per nomination, kept the two mentioned by Eric Liu, agree these are below TOO of Taiwan. --Ellywa (talk) 22:24, 3 March 2023 (UTC)

- The NSC one could count as PD-textlogo and be kept. —— Eric Liu(Talk) 10:25, 12 April 2025 (UTC)
- This logo exhibits similar level of complexity/creativity to the SUNSHOW example in COM:TOO Taiwan which a court ruled to be protected under copyright. Wcam (talk) 15:42, 16 April 2025 (UTC)
- Indeed, the 2nd one is already deleted due to copyright violation occured elsewhere. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 23:39, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- I'm inclined to agree with Wcam about the NSC logo being similar to SUNSHOW in terms of complexity. Abzeronow (talk) 02:32, 27 July 2025 (UTC)
