Commons:Count of uploads
Count of uploaded files of a user on Wikimedia Commons is not accessible through any parser function which would be usable in templates like {{User Files}}. However, there are some external or indirect tools which enable to get this count (sometimes).

For most active uploaders

Count of edits is available through Special:Preferences (the 5th field in the section Basic information). (Upload count is not available.)
Indirect tools
- You can count it manually going through your personal gallery (https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListFiles - the links are in the sidebar as well as in the top bar if you are logged in) (the count is not displayed)
- You can go through Special:Contributions → Logs → Upload log → 500 and to count pages of logs.
- Commons:MyGallery You can go through the external gallery, the count is not displayed
You can go through the external gallery http://toolserver.org/~daniel/WikiSense/Gallery.php (the count is not displayed)- You can group your files to your own user category (the count of included files is displayed defaultly)
