This user account is a pywiki-based bot operated by Reosarevok (talk). It is uploading images from the collections of the Estonian Natural History Museum.
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

This is a locally-run bot, running only when manually activated but otherwise acting automatically. It has a 30 second minimum delay between each upload. Its source is available in GitHub.
