Engravings
I am mainly busy uploading old engravings (prints) from the 19th century from Belgium, France, Germany and UK, mainly about the Belgian monarchy. I find these engravings in books and newspapers that I own myself.
I scan the original engravings, treat them graphically (rotate, crop, desaturate color (RGB) or convert from color (RGB 3×8-bit) to grayscale (8-bit), increase contrast), upload and document them on Wikimedia Commons; if possible, I include them in Wikipedia articles (history and art history pages on fr, en, and nl Wikipedia).
I also create and update descriptions, categories, galleries, creators, licenses, etc.
