Miss Cosmois an annual international beauty pageant organized by UNICorp and UNIMedia in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam that was founded in August 2023.

Ketut Permata Juliastrid of Indonesia was crowned the first Miss Cosmo 2024 on October 5, 2024, at Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was presided over by Trần Việt Bảo Hoàng, president of the Miss Cosmo Organization. Juliastrid became the first Indonesian to win the title, as well as the inaugural winner of the Miss Cosmo pageant since its inception.
