The embryo is shown from mid germband extension through the completion of dorsal closure and onset of muscle twitches in this 46-hour time-lapse movie. The embryo is in lateral aspect with anterior left and dorsal up. The image is a maximum intensity projection for EFGP signal (white). The time stamp shows embryo age in hours after egg lay (hAEL: 17.9 to 64.2), from filming at 30°C. Scale bar is 100 µm. |
