Description
English: Movie of late serosal morphogenesis, visualized with the KT650 serosal line (see also Figure 2C1–C3). The time-lapse movie spans the stages from pre-rupture through compaction to form the dorsal organ and through to the beginning of serosal degeneration. The embryo is in dorsal-lateral aspect with anterior left and dorsal up. The image is a maximum intensity projection for EFGP signal (green) overlaid on a brightfield image (grey channel: embryonic tissue is light grey; the opaque yolk is black). The time stamp shows time in minutes relative to serosal rupture ( = 0 min), from filming at 23.5±1°C. Scale bar is 100 µm.
