English: At sea aboard USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) Nov. 1, 2001 -- U.S. Navy Lt. Jeff Wood, Tactical Aerial Reconnaissance Pod System (TARPS) Officer from the "Black Lions" of Fighter Squadron Two One Three (VF-213) delivers a TARPS film canister from an F-14 "Tomcat" to the aircraft carrier intelligence center for processing and analysis. The hundreds of feet of reconnaissance film will be used to plan strike missions. VF-213 is deployed on board USS Carl Vinson and conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
