Description
English: DIC images of a beating circular myocyte. Images were acquired at the same frame rate as Video S11 and contain a full cycle of systole and diastole. The cellular body was shortened concentrically during systole, with about 8% shortening along the vertical axis and 13% along the horizontal axis.
