Description
Français : "Ce portrait est traditionnellement identifié comme celui de Marie-Anne de Bourbon (1666-1739), fille de Louis XIV et de Mlle de La Vallière, plus tard princesse de Conti. Mais, comme le rappelle Thierry Bajou, cette identification n’est pas assurée (cf. Bajou, 2007). Le tableau a longtemps été attribué à Constantin Netscher (1668-1723). Il a été donné à Mignard par Georges de Lastic en 1969 (cf. Lastic, 1980). En raison de l’expression pleine de vie du visage, de la facture souple et légèrement molle, avec, néanmoins, de nombreux accents clairs disséminés pour relever le coloris, l’oeuvre nous paraît plus proche du style de Claude Lefèbvre, et datable vers 164."
