This is Koelman, who preached God's Law and the great Convenant of Grace
 to the people of Sluys, and still by Word and Life
 Points out to the Netherlands how to follow Christ.

Jan Luyken drew the subject from life, and engraved the portrait. Jan Boekholt printed it.
