Summary
Description |
English: Myocardial Migration in a bmp4Y180 heterozygote injected with spaw morpholino. Time lapse movie of a Tg(myl17:eGFP)/bmp4Y180+/− embryo injected with spaw morpholino beginning at 19–20 hpf. There is no obvious asymmetry in myocardial migration rate along the L/R axis and all cells have trajectories directed toward the anterior with no clear L/R displacement. However, cell velocities are significantly faster than those of spaw morphants. |
