Description
English: Myocardial Migration in a midway mutant. Time lapse movie of a Tg(myl17:eGFP)/midway mutant embryo beginning at 19–20 hpf. There is no obvious asymmetry in myocardial migration rate along the L/R axis and all cells have trajectories directed toward the anterior with no clear L/R displacement. The cell velocities are significantly faster than those of spaw morphants and are not statistically different than those of bmp4/spaw double morphants.
