English: Visualization of V. cholerae in the distal SI by two-photon microscopy. Video depicts VcGreen in an intact explant 24 h post orogastric inoculation. Green depicts VcGreen, white/yellow depicts intestinal villi autofluoresence. Images were acquired every 2 seconds. Video playback is at 15 frames per second. Scale bar, 10 um. Time displayed as hh:mm:ss.
