English: Effect of phosphoinositide feedback on the response of static cells to conflicting stimuli. Video of the dynamics of the Cdc42 distribution profiles in static in silico cells without (left) and with (right) PI feedback, after simulation with a “V” shaped gradient during 10 s, as shown in Fig. 6a. Colour map indicates Cdc42 levels as defined in Fig. 2.
