| Description |
St. Josaphat's domes were originally made of aluminum and the main portion of each dome was a sort of celadon color. They were painted gold in the 1990s. In the spring of 2015, new domes made of stainless steel covered in titanium nitride were installed. Architect Christ J. Kamages designed the domes, and they were installed by Unique Services & Applications. The $550,000 project was completed in the fall of 2015, and the domes are expected to last 50 to 200 years. |
