English: Formation of a duct. Single cells forming a duct over 5 days in 0% Matrigel. Brightfield images from a confocal z-series are focus stacked and overlaid with green, single -plane, reflection confocal microscopy images to show collagen remodelling. Each frame corresponds to one hour. Still images are depicted in Figure 5.
