English: ISV outgrowth Fbxw7 ATG MO-injected embryos. Time-lapse movie of ISV growth in the trunk of a fbxw7 ATG MO-injected Tg(kdrl:EGFP)s843 transgenic embryo from 19 hpf to 42 hpf. Note stalling of the ISVs and their failure to extend beyond the myoseptum in dorsal direction.
