Português: Os caboclos de lança do Maracatu Rural de Pernambuco utilizam uma espécie de chapéu (de palha e isopor por dentro) ornamentado com fitas feitas de papel celofane, em que predomina a cor do “guia”: amarelo para Oxum; azul para Oxossi; vermelho para Xangô e assim por diante.
English: The spear caboclos of Maracatu Rural de Pernambuco use a type of hat (straw and Styrofoam inside) decorated with ribbons made of cellophane paper, in which the color of the “guide” predominates: yellow for Oxum; blue for Oxossi; red for Xangô and so on.
