Español: El concepto es un movimiento de la disciplina "Crossfit" llamado Snatch. Es uno de los movimientos mas utilizados y comenzaría con la barra en el suelo delante nuestra.
Se tomaría con un agarre ancho y con las palmas de las manos mirando hacia el cuerpo. La barra debe subir lo más alto posible hasta llevarlo por encima de la cabeza y con los brazos extendidos para realizar simultaneamente una sentadilla. Al final se extenderan las piernas para quedar completamente de pie, con los brazos extendidos y la barra sobre la cabeza. The concept is a movement of discipline " Crossfit " called Snatch . It is one of the most used movements and start with the bar in front of our ground. It would take a wide grip and with palms facing the body. The bar should climb as high as possible to take over the head and outstretched arms simultaneously to perform a squat.
