English: Mr. Aaron Webb of Webb Farm Solar Systems Inc. owns and operates a minority-owned solar farm, in Humboldt, Tennessee, on April 4, 2024. This farm, in operation since 2012, has Photo-Voltaic (PV) Solar Systems on several properties. Mr. Webb received assistance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) to develop energy-efficiency improvements. His first project to purchase and install a 117.3kW solar array was completed in May 2021, generating enough energy to power 31 homes. In July 2022, he was awarded assistance for a second REAP grant to purchase and install a 125kW solar array. With over 500kW of solar panels, the farm has made a significant impact on the community, reducing the need for fossil fuels and providing clean power to the grid. USDA media by Lance Cheung.
