Nederlands: 1932 07 23 Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad, blad vijf. Een artikel betreft de mededelingen van de Rotterdamse Gemeenteraad, o.a. wat betreft grondverkoop. In de raadszitting van donderdag 21 juli 1932 waren daarbij drie ontwerpbesluiten genomen betreffende de verkoop van percelen bouwgrond in Blijdorp: aan de Boreelstraat, aan de Doezastraat en op de hoek van de Statensingel en de Doezastraat. Deze percelen waren resp. 809, 679 en 835 c.A. ofwel m². Dat is de grond voor ongeveer een huizenblok van zo'n 4 panden breed. Mogelijk betreft dit eerste item het perceel van het Woonblok Boreelstraat 47-51, Rotterdam, dat volgens de BAG viewer in 1932 gebouwd is. (bron ). |
