Русский: 100-рублёвая акция акционерного общества Либавских железоделательных и сталелитейных заводов, бывш. Беккер и Ко. Общество было учреждено в 1883 г. в г. Либава (сегодня Лиепая, в Латвии) под фирмою Бекер и Ко., которая оказалась в сложной финансовой ситуации в 1907 - 1912 гг. В связи с этим в 1912/1913 гг. была проведена реструктуризация с преобразованием в АО с уставным капиталом в размере 2,5 млн. руб. Предприятие занималось производством самых разных изделий из железа, меди и бронзы. Deutsch: Die Gesellschaft wurde 1883 in Libau (heute Liepāja, Lettland) als Boecker & Cie. gegründet. In den Jahren 1907 bis 1912 geriet sie in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten. Daher erfolgte 1912/1913 eine Restrukturierung als Aktiengesellschaft mit einem Grundkapital von 2,5 Millionen Rubel. Die Gesellschaft stellte alle Arten von Erzeugnissen aus Eisen, Kupfer und Bronze her. |
