A WikiProject is a project to manage a specific topic or family of topics within a Wikimedia project. It is composed of a collection of pages and a group of editors who use those pages to collaborate on a specific task. It is not a place to create content directly, but a resource to help coordinate and organize the creation and maintenance of such content.   No. A WikiProject is a popular term used on most Wikimedia projects referring to a collaboration of editors at a wiki, and not any particular Wikipedia. Commons is also a wiki.
• Q4: How do I start a new project, or propose the closing of an old inactive project?
