This scheme looks nice but is incorrect. Pol epsilon should be on the leading strand and attached to the helicase (which should have a ring structure). Pol delta should be on the lagging strand. Pol delta might have some role in leading strand replication (still debated to which extend), but is mostly responsible for lagging strand replication. 130.239.157.92 06:45, 14 May 2019 (UTC)

- Talk page for this file contains a somewhat detailed discussion about errors of this illustration. Not sure deleting it would be the best way to fix the problem though... Yet the problem hasn't been fixed for years, so IDK. But still the image is in PD, and fixable so I would

Keep: The file is in use across multiple Wikipedias, from bs:Helikaza to zh:生物合成. Under COM:NPOV, if it's accurate enough for them to use it, it's accurate enough for Commons to keep it. This doesn't stop you improving the picture (but check COM:OVERWRITE before uploading a replacement under the same name) making a new one, or updating those Wikipedia articles to use a different diagram or none at all. --bjh21 (talk)
