Das ohne Angaben der Herkunft hochgeladene Dokument stammt aus der Akte Nr. 903 aus dem Nachlass Josef Frings, welcher sich im Archiv des Erzbistums Köln (AEK) befindet. Auch wenn das Schreiben vermutlich Teil einer Ausstellung gewesen ist und ihm Rahmen dessen abfotografiert wurde, liegt auf der Akte und somit auch auf dem Schriftstück immer noch eine allgemeine Schutzfrist von 60 Jahren gemäß kirchlicher Archivordnung, also noch bis zum 31.12.2027. Die im Schreiben enthaltenen Informationen sind natürlich nicht geheim, doch dürfen von Unterlagen, die noch unter einer Schutzfrist stehen keine Reproduktionen veröffentlicht werden.

Because the work was still under copyright in France on 1 Jan 1996, U.S. copyright was restored via the URAA. Since it was published in 1941, the U.S. term is 95 years from publication, expiring 31 Dec 2036.

In France, Kandinsky’s 1944 death triggered the standard 50-year p.m.a. term, so copyright would have ended on 1 Jan 1995. However, France added 8 yrs + 120 days due to WWI/WWII, extending protection to 1 Jan 2003. Then, under EU Dir. 93/98/EEC (transposed mid-1995), the term was extended to life + 70 for works still protected. Since Kandinsky’s works were still in-copyright due to the war extension, the new term applied, setting expiry to end of 2014. The work entered the public domain in France on 1 Jan 2015.

Under Berne-based rules (used by Commons), the "source country" is where the work was first pub’d, or for unpublished works, the author’s nationality/residence at creation. Kandinsky was a French citizen from 1939, lived in Neuilly-sur-Seine, and created this painting in France in 1941. It was first exhibited and sold in France. I've recently checked the album on Apple Music that says "SEGA/CP" on copyright notice, as well on auto-generated Art Track on YouTube that says on the description "Provided to YouTube by CRYPTON FUTURE MEDIA, INC" as well the same "SEGA/CP" copyright. So everything before 1974 is PD-Iraq. The uploader who used PD-Iraq for a 1980 banknote was probably referring to It is one of "collections of official documents, such as texts of international laws, regulations and agreements, judicial judgements and various official documents." Interesting that {{PD-Iraq}} fails to mention anything about earlier limits which would still be relevant, but I don't think that changes any of the grouping above. The ones from 1931, as already noted, could probably be kept if the file descriptions are corrected. Everything else appears to be from 1979 or later.

Note, the restrictions on the COM:CUR Iraq page and the disclaimer on the Central Bank of Iraq website apply only to the images they published from what I read. These are all photos taken by me and not by any organization such as the CBI which have copywritten the images.

If there is a separate restriction for ANY images of Iraqi Currency after 1974 please link it or provide proof, as this would also apply to the other language wiki pages which contain images of said bank notes as well and should be updated.
