Well, it doesn't have an actual original source. It's a photo of a Venezualan politician, so presumably taken in Venezuala, and noted as from 1978. PD-Venezuala for photos is from 60 years after publication, which puts PD not until 2039. The cited flickr account-name appears to correspond to the commons uploader's username. De-a lungul anilor am acumulat foarte multă informație tehnică, documente și fotografii, multe din ele unice, privind rachetele antigrindină, instalațiile de lansare și utilizarea iodurii de argint.După cum bine ați remarcat, Wikipedia este una dintre principalele surse publice de informare, inclusiv pentru cetățeni și decidenți. În România, lipsa de informare a contribuit inclusiv la sistarea temporară a activității serviciului antigrindină, motiv pentru care am început să contribui aici — tocmai pentru a pune la dispoziție publicului larg cât mai multe informații corecte și verificate.Vă rog să nu interpretați unele greșeli de formatare sau absența licențelor formale ca rea-intenție — în multe cazuri autorii fotografiilor nu mai sunt în viață sau documentele provin din arhive interne. Încerc să rezolv totul pas cu pas, cu bună credință.Apreciez deschiderea și propunerea legată de titlul paginii. Sunt absolut de acord că „Rachetă antigrindină” este o formulare mai concisă și potrivită, în linie cu alte Wikipedii. Voi susține această modificare și voi contribui în continuare la îmbunătățirea articolului.Cunosc foarte bine și limba rusă și ucraineană, ceea ce sper să fie de ajutor pentru traduceri și corelări între diferitele ediții lingvistice.

Din păcate, chiar dacă autorii fotografiilor nu mai sunt în viață sau documentele provin din arhive interne implicit drepturile de autor se aplică în continuare. Cu atât mai mult nu puteți pretinde că publicați materialele din nume propriu sub licența CC0.     Yes. But it is published on the cover of Tehran Mosavvar magazine. That means the magazine either bought the photo from Reza Deghati or he was working for them by that time. So, he is not the copyright owner and it is in public domain.
    Not the photographer is always the copyright owner. The entity, like the news agency that he is working for is the copyright owner.

 Comment, it appears the uploader got their PD claim from here . However, it only applies to the official website (www.mnd.gov.tw), so I don’t think that statement extends to their posts on Facebook. I am requesting deletion because the museum has removed the object from its collection due to disputed provenance. They have emailed COM:VTRS and contacted me personall (I worked with them on previous contributions) about the issue. The museum repatriated the object to its indigenous community as "objects of cultural patrimony" under US federal law, as noted in the Federal Register. Copyright aside, the museum has retracted the image and metadata from their collection and the object no longer belongs to the museum that performed the upload—and they claim they never had the right to it. Out of respect to both the indigenous community and the museum's request not to have items they are not affiliated with anymore attributed to them, I believe we should delete. These three images were uploaded about 15 years ago, and are low-resolution by modern standards (100KB). They are not used in any content pages. Dominic (talk) 19:43, 15 April 2025 (UTC)

The photographer obviously means that they took a photo of the book. That line should be corrected, but it's not a deletion reason if the book cover is in the public domain because it's just text. The name of this file and description, calling it the traditional dress of dimasa is misleading. This is not traditional, nor does it belong to the dimasa tribe.
