English: Blueprint file for creating SVG logos for the various language versions of Wikinews. For lack of better information, the blueprint uses the Liberation Sans typeface; Inkscape guides have been added to help align the text.
Note: the Wikinews name in this blueprint was intentionally left as a text object; to edit it, enter the wiki-group and news-group groups, and edit the name with the text editing tool (shortcut: F8). After that, align both groups to the center of the canvas, and convert the text to path (it'll automatically convert the shadows—which are clones of the text—to paths, too). As a last step, save the file as plain SVG to remove the guides and reduce file size. Before actually touching the file, make sure to have Liberation Sans installed on your computer! |
