Description
English: Seating diagram for the German Bundesrat as of Dec 2012. Blocks are organized by German State with most states represented by coalition of two parties, identified by bi-coloured blocks. Each block represents one vote per state. Each state must vote as one unit (votes cannot be split). Image when used must be attributed.
