English: Research PI, Professor Thomas Spiegelhalter, presents the FIU Carbon-Positive Design Studios' 2018-2023 exhibition and 3D model installations of The Generative AI-SynBio Blue-Green-Structures project, featured at the #TimeSpaceExistence exhibition in Palazzo Bembo, during the Venice Architecture Biennale 2023. This showcase unveils the limitless possibilities of AI in shaping our built environment. The graduate student projects leverage geospatial climatic data analysis through data-driven Generative AI-ML, Generative Adversarial Networks, and Cellular Automata design methods. Its goal is to create carbon-positive and renewable energy-powered cities, buildings, and infrastructure scenarios.
