Summary
Description |
English: The logarithmic-scale probability density function for an exponential-decay process. The area under the curve between two points is proportional to the probability that the function has a value between those two points. Note that since the x-axis is distorted by the logarithmic scaling, the height is also distorted (compared to the conventional depiction of this function), in order for the area under the curve to be correct. This is supposed to demonstrate Benford's Law. |
